8. User-Created Websites and Content Hosting

In addition to general user submissions, the "Web Radio Players" platform offers a unique feature allowing users to create and host their own websites by CNAME-mapping their domain names to our platform (e.g., to pages.webradioplayers.site). This means that Enocus Limited acts as a host for third-party content and websites. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content, data, and materials published, transmitted, or displayed on any website you create or host using our service ("User Website Content").
• You represent and warrant that your User Website Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, and defamation laws.
• You will not use the website creation feature to host or distribute any illegal, infringing, harmful, or objectionable content, as further detailed in the Prohibited Activities and Submission Standards sections of these Terms of Service.
• Enocus Limited has no obligation to monitor User Website Content but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Website Content that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed illegal or harmful, in our sole discretion.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enocus Limited from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your User Website Content or your use of the website creation feature.

13. Dispute Resolution

At the Company’s sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or use of the Website to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), applying United Kingdom law. ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
